PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order with Central Spy Shop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions of Sale, including our limited return and refund policy.

Because many of the products offered by Central Spy Shop are specialized surveillance, security, recording, tracking, detection, and counter-surveillance products, certain purchases are subject to stricter return conditions than those typically associated with general consumer merchandise.

Payment

Central Spy Shop accepts the payment methods displayed during checkout. Available payment methods may include major credit or debit cards and other approved electronic payment options.

All orders are subject to payment authorization and verification. Central Spy Shop reserves the right to decline, cancel, or request additional verification for any order when necessary for fraud prevention, payment verification, product restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons.

Delivery & Order Processing

We make every reasonable effort to process and ship in-stock orders promptly. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, payment verification, order volume, product configuration, security review, or other circumstances.

Products that are temporarily unavailable, backordered, special-order, or require additional processing may take longer to ship. If delivery time is important, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and available expedited shipping options.

Shipping

Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout whenever available. Shipping options may vary according to destination, product type, weight, size, carrier restrictions, and applicable regulations.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Central Spy Shop is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery. Additional shipping restrictions may apply to certain products or destinations.

International customers are responsible for determining whether products may legally be imported into their destination country and for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import restrictions, licenses, or other charges imposed by local authorities.

Certain products may be restricted from air transportation or shipment to particular locations. Central Spy Shop reserves the right to cancel or modify a shipment when required by carrier restrictions or applicable law.

Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE NOT SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION OR RETURN EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BELOW FOR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE.

Due to the specialized nature of many of the surveillance, recording, tracking, security, and counter-surveillance products sold by Central Spy Shop, products may not be returned simply because the customer changes their mind, no longer needs the product, ordered the incorrect product, or decides that the product is not suitable for their intended application.

Customers are strongly encouraged to review product specifications carefully and contact us before purchasing if assistance is needed selecting the appropriate product.

If you believe that a product is defective, you must contact Central Spy Shop before returning it. Defective merchandise requires prior authorization and must be reported within thirty (30) days of receipt.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

When a return is authorized, the customer must provide proof of purchase and use a trackable shipping method when returning the product. Once received, the product will be inspected by Central Spy Shop.

If Central Spy Shop determines that the product contains a covered defect in materials or workmanship, Central Spy Shop may, at its discretion, repair the product or replace it with the same or an equivalent product.

No monetary refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law.

Products that show evidence of misuse, physical damage, modification, improper installation, tampering, abuse, water damage, unauthorized repair, or use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions may not qualify for warranty service or replacement.

Discontinued products, unavailable replacement products, and unusual circumstances will be handled at Central Spy Shop’s discretion, subject to applicable law.

Warranty

Central Spy Shop warrants products against defects in workmanship and materials for thirty (30) days following the date of sale unless a different manufacturer’s warranty or product-specific warranty is expressly stated.

For a covered defect, Central Spy Shop may repair or replace the product at its discretion. This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, alteration, accident, abuse, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear.

Some products may also be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Where applicable, warranty service may be provided directly by the manufacturer under its own terms and conditions.

Privacy

Central Spy Shop respects the privacy of its customers and handles personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information provided during ordering, account registration, customer service communications, or use of this website may be used as necessary to process transactions, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain business records, and operate our online store.

It is the responsibility of the buyer—not Central Spy Shop—to determine and comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws governing the purchase, possession, installation, transportation, importation, and use of products purchased from this website.

Surveillance, audio recording, tracking, communications, security, self-defense, detection, and related technologies may be regulated differently depending on jurisdiction and intended use.

By purchasing from Central Spy Shop, the buyer represents that they are legally permitted to purchase and possess the products ordered and that the products will be used only for lawful purposes.

Customers should consult a qualified attorney regarding applicable laws if they are uncertain whether possession or use of a particular product is permitted.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe there is a problem with an order, charge, shipment, or product, please contact Central Spy Shop first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that the purchase is governed by these Terms & Conditions, including the limited return and refund policy described above.

Customers agree not to initiate a chargeback based solely on circumstances that are clearly governed by and disclosed in these Terms, such as attempting to return a non-defective product contrary to the stated return policy.

Central Spy Shop reserves the right to provide the applicable order records, tracking information, communications, acceptance of these Terms, product information, and other transaction documentation to payment processors or financial institutions in response to a payment dispute or chargeback.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or restrict any consumer right or payment dispute right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Miscellaneous

Prices, product availability, specifications, promotions, and shipping charges are subject to change without notice.

Product photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Manufacturers may change packaging, appearance, components, specifications, or accessories without notice. When appropriate, a comparable product or component may be substituted, provided that the essential functionality is not materially reduced.

Central Spy Shop assumes no responsibility for unlawful, improper, negligent, or unauthorized use of products purchased through this website. The buyer is responsible for any loss, damage, liability, expense, or legal consequence resulting from the buyer’s use or misuse of a product.

Central Spy Shop may refuse or cancel an order when necessary due to product restrictions, payment or fraud concerns, pricing errors, inventory issues, legal restrictions, shipping limitations, or other legitimate business reasons. If Central Spy Shop cancels an order before fulfillment, any captured payment for the canceled portion of the order will be handled in accordance with the applicable payment method and law.
